A 9-minute video tutorial showcasing the Students section
The SmartHub Students section is where you will be able to see all of your student inquiries that come through SmartHub, whether that's from your Keystone promotion or from a different source.
The video below will give you an Overview of the Students section and guide you through all the different tools that you can use.
Students pt. 1 - Overview
You will be spending most of your time in the Student Leads tab. There are bulk actions in that tab that will be extremely helpful when working on your inquiries.
Students pt. 2 - Student Leads
Here are a few notes to remember with the Student Leads tab:
- Filtering your student inquiries by "Highly Engaged" and "Opened an Email", can help you quickly identify promising student inquiries.
- You can take actions on several student inquiries by check marking several of them and using the bulk action toolbar at the bottom.
- You can import and export student inquiries to and from SmartHub, respectively.
- SmartEngage will automatically move student inquiries from New to Finished. But will move inquiries from Finished to Ongoing if a student inquiry writes you a message.
If you communicate with your student inquiries outside SmartHub, then you won't need to respond to any student inquiries received in SmartHub.
