If I don't use SmartHub how can I get student Meta leads delivered?

If you don’t use SmartHub, we can deliver your student leads directly to a Microsoft Excel sheet. For each lead generation campaign, we create a lead form in Meta Ads Manager (used for Facebook and Instagram ads) with questions specific to your program or school promotion.

Through an integration built with Zapier, every lead submission is automatically sent to your Excel sheet in real time. Each entry will include:
• Name and surname
• Email address
• Phone number
• Country
• The specific program they were interested in
• Any question(s) the student asked in the form

This setup allows you to easily track leads, see exactly what they’re asking, and identify which program or promotion generated their interest—all without needing SmartHub.
