Campaign Booking & Content Submission Requirements

To ensure your campaign can be delivered as planned, please note:

• All required content, materials, and approvals must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled campaign start date.

• Campaign delivery depends on receiving these materials on time.

If materials are not received by this deadline:

• We may be unable to deliver the campaign as scheduled and cannot guarantee delivery;

• The campaign may be treated as completed for billing purposes and no refund will apply; and

• Any request to reschedule will be subject to availability and handled at Keystone’s discretion.
